Section 1 - What do we do with your information?
We only collect the information that’s necessary to operate our business, provide you with the service that you have requested, and to update you with our latest news.
We may collect and process the following data about you:
· Information that you provide by filling in forms on the Site during a transaction, such as your full name, your delivery and billing address, your contact phone number, your email address and your payment details. This includes information provided at the time of registering an account, purchasing goods on the Site.

Section 3 - PAYMENT DETAILS
Please note that we do not collect or process your credit or debit card details. These are, however, collected and processed by our payment processing service called Stripe (“Payment Provider”).
The Payment Provider provides us with information regarding the credits and debits made to your card in order to enable us to reconcile our accounts.
Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Site, you are responsible for keeping this password safe.
Section 5 - Third Party Services
We use information held about you in the following ways:
· To ensure that content from the Site is running efficiently at all times
· To process your orders, and abide by the contract of sale of goods
· To provide you with information regarding our products or services that you have shown interest in.
We do not sell your information. However there are instances where we need to share your information with partners in order to provide you with the service you have requested.
Examples of some of those instances are below: We will share your personal information with our third party delivery partners – Parcel2go, DPD, Collect+, Hermes, Landmark.
If you signed up to our mailing list, we will send you news updates via email. We share your personal information with third-party email service provider who aids us with delivering our email marketing campaigns to you. The third party is MailChimp. If you want to stop receiving marketing messages, you can click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in any email.
We use social media to spread our brand message and connect with customers. If you interact with us on social media you are giving us consent to interact with you. You can interact by tagging us in your personal photos, liking our content, following us, or sending us private messages. If you tag us or mention us in one of your photos you are giving us consent to share this with our audience on social media. If you would like us to remove the image, please let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We also may post links to other websites. These websites will have their own privacy policies. Please make sure you are aware of their policies before submitting data.
Section 6 - Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
Section 7 - Age of Consent
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
